Do I need reservations?
We always recommend dinner reservations.
If there is a concert or event, the dining room fills up, so reservations are REQUIRED to dine inside.
For parties greater than 6, please make a reservation so we know you are coming and can have your table(s) ready.
Are you family-friendly?
All ages are always welcome at Blackhawk Creek! Our goal is a family-friendly environment for our guests at all times. However, when planning to attend any event/concert, please research the artist to ensure the event or show meets the standard that aligns with your family values. Anyone 6 and older must have their own ticket for entry into an event.
All children (under the age of 16) must always be supervised by an adult 18 years of age or older who are responsible for any injury or damages that may occur.
How do I order tickets?
You can purchase tickets below. General Admission tickets may be purchased at the door based on availability for each show.
Do concert tickets include dinner?
No, concert tickets do not include dinner. Food options are:
1-Dine inside before a show with reservations.
2-Back Porch Dinner Table ticketholders will be served during the show.
3-The Pavilion tables and bars offer drinks and a BBQ Brisket sandwich served with house made chips.
All food and beverages are sold separately.
Are all concerts held outside?
Yes, we are an outdoor venue and shows are rain or shine.
All table seats are underneath the Pavilion, and the Back Porch Dinner tables are under the restaurant back porch.
What is the Rain-out/Cancellation policy?
All events are rain or shine.
Unfortunately, we do not control the weather. Outside Concerts are subject to ALL the elements, Rain, Heat, and Cold. Other factors such as artist cancelation, sickness, death, and acts of God can affect show times, dates, even cancellations. When possible, shows will be rescheduled. Your ticket(s) will be valid at no additional cost to you for the rescheduled date.
In the event a show is canceled and NOT rescheduled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded to you.
Can we bring in outside food and drink?
Food & drinks are available at tables and walk-up bars during the concerts.
No outside food or drink is allowed. No outside alcohol is allowed.
Is there a bag policy for events?
For security reasons, we kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing large purses or backpacks onto the premises. No coolers may be brought into the venue. We appreciate your understanding.
Parking for concerts?
Automobile and motorcycle parking is provided at NO Charge. Watch for parking attendants directing cars for optimization of space. We do our best to keep the parking areas well-lit and secure however, park at your own risk. If you need to leave your car overnight for safe driving reasons, this is fine with us. Blackhawk Creek is not responsible for any loss of personal property, theft, or damages while on the premises.
What time do concerts begin?
Doors open at 6pm. Guest openers kick off the evening at 7pm and headliners usually perform at 8pm. Start times are subject to change by 15 minute increments for varying reasons.
What is your dress code?
We are a casual, quality atmosphere. Dress up for a date night, or come comfy.
Concerts are outdoors, so keep the weather in mind.
Are you pet friendly?
Pets are welcome on our back porch and must remain on leash at all times. Please bring with you the appropriate materials to pick up and dispose of any waste your pet produces. Only registered, properly identified, service animals, are allowed inside the restaurant.
Pets are not allowed at concert events due to the large number of people on site. Thank you for understanding.
